2 year FULL Repair or Refund Warranty (for all multi jobs of any size):
Even though readability before 2 years has never yet become an issue and would almost surely be no fault of ours (not being characteristic of the rest of the jobs; causes ranging from an inadvertent driver running over, a plant being positioned right at the numbers, etc.), we would still as a first option attempt to BOTH remediate the underlying cause prior AND paint again FOR ANY REASON.
We always first attempt remediation as the best option which is practically a given for areas listed in red on the associations/multi jobs webpage for which we have a local painter continuously, and still usually possible for areas not in red where a local vetted contract painter was likely used. However, if best effort attempts to have the painter remediate and repaint are not successful (such as if many, many months have passed and the contract painter is not reachable),
a FULL REFUND (not partial prorated amount) for each residence not 100% legible will still be offered.
